Welcome to Your Doula Support Journey

What is a Doula?

A pregnant woman in a hospital gown uses a birthing ball and a support bar. A nurse or midwife in scrubs assists her while sitting on an exercise ball.

Labor support

Doulas are, first and foremost, a constant labor companion. Whatever our clients go through, wherever the birth takes them, we do all in our power to support the mother emotionally and physically.

Massage - Counterpressure - Rebozo support

Ambiance - Aromatherapy - Prayer

Informational support

Doulas have a unique bag of knowledge that hospital staff and/or family may not be able to offer. We offer alternative laboring and birthing positions, help in making informed decisions for medical interventions, advocacy in the delivery room, and assistance in navigating the birth system.

Birth Planner

During prenatal visits, doulas discuss in depth the mother’s desires for her birth. Whether you are aiming for a vaginal birth, a cesarean, or scheduled for an induction, our job is to make your wishes come true. Making your birth as perfect as possible is our pleasure.
